Why Animal Jigsaw Puzzles?

Animal puzzles offer a unique solving experience because of the contrast between subject and background. A portrait of a tabby kitten has incredibly detailed fur textures that make each piece distinctive, while the softer background gives your eyes a break and provides natural sorting zones. They make excellent beginner puzzles for exactly this reason.

We select animal images specifically for their puzzle-solving qualities: high contrast between the subject and surroundings, visible texture in fur, feathers, or scales, and compositions where the animal fills enough of the frame to be interesting at every piece count.
